When the accident was your fault.

In the event of an accident that was your fault, we can deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf and process the claim and repairs to your vehicle quickly and efficiently. A replacement vehicle can also be supplied at a competitive daily hire rate if your policy does not cover this.

Make sure you get an estimate from us first.

If the damage to your car is light, we may be able to repair the damage at, or below, the excess level of your insurance policy. This can save you making a claim, which in turn will reduce your insurance renewal premium.

Many insurance companies will try to direct claims to their recommended repairers, as they have negotiated low cost labour repair agreements with their repair network. This may compromise quality. It is your right to have your car repaired by the repairer of your choice. Your rights were confirmed by the OFT (Office of Fair Trading) directive issued in 1993.
