Car Magic belongs to VBRA, and is regularly audited. We are required to meet and maintain high membership standards in technical ability, equipment and relevant training.

We operate under the VBRA Code of Practice which includes a simple and effective conciliation/arbitration scheme in the rare event something should go wrong. This car body repair code is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
