Car vandalised on Christmas Eve
The last thing you expect to find on Christmas Eve is that your car has been vandalised with a drill. Yes, a drill! The photo below shows the rear nearside quarter panel of a brand new Audi Q5. Having found the car vandalised, the owners also learnt that they weren’t the only targets. In fact two other cars in the same road were found to have similar damage. You can see the drill hole here, as well as burn marks on the white paintwork too:
Car vandalised and don’t want to claim on insurance?
At Car Magic we specialise in car body repair, so although hearing that you have had your car vandalised is not what we hope for, it is something we can handle in a few days as cost effectively as possible. This means that if your insurance doesn’t cover having your car vandalised (or you simply don’t want to claim on your policy), we can help.
The drill hole on this Audi Q5 was just above the nearside rear wheel arch. It needing filling and priming before it could be painted and sprayed. Whilst in repair we also touched up an area near the rear wheel, where the paint had been scraped in a separate incident. Here’s the car waiting in our low bake oven for the paint and lacquer treatment. We match the paint colour and finish to the manufacturer’s standards so once completed, your car will look as good as new.
Here’s a shot of the finished nearside of the Audi Q5 which we’re sure you’ll agree is looking a lot better than in the first picture!
All the vehicles we repair here at our workshop in Buckinghamshire are washed, waxed and polished before being returned to their grateful owners. This Audi Q5 is a brand new car and we were glad to see it looking as it should!
