A thank you card – the kind of post we like opening!

At the workshop in Ashley Green we are thrilled to get post from customers. This happy sunflower thank you card appeared at the end of April. It arrived in the Car Magic office just after we repaired the customer’s Hyundai Santa Fe. Whether the feedback is on Facebook, Google, our website, via email, by post or in person, it always means a lot when someone takes the time to say thank you.

We love receiving a traditional thank you card like this 🙂

This customer’s Hyundai Santa Fe was due to go back to the leasing company at the end of the lease agreement. As you can see from the photo on the left (below), it was in need of repairs to the offside wing. As you may know, we are car body repair specialists and this type of repair is something we deal with everyday, so the customer knew that her Santa Fe was in good hands.

The team can easily fill scrapes like this. We then prime the area ready for the all important paint cover up. We use precision matching in our paint system. This means that not only the colour, but the finish, is also exactly as per the manufacturer’s standards. This is obviously important for all vehicles, but especially so when the car is being returned at the end of lease.
