Whole car body repair – how many scuffs are enough?
When it comes to the decision to embark on a whole car body repair, it’s really down to you as the car owner how many scuffs are enough. The first damage you do to your car is always the worst. We know that the first time you scratch or dent your car it’s really annoying. Then there’s the general wear and tear over the years that gradually add up. Sometimes you step back and you realise that your beloved vehicle is in need of some TLC.
This Suzuki Alto belongs to a local couple who had reached that point. The last scuff was enough and signalled that is was time to invest in the bodywork needed. The Alto required repairs to both the front and rear bumpers. The whole nearside of the car needed repairs and paintwork too. You can see from this picture taken during the work that the nearside has at least seven areas to fill, prime and paint.
